Michael Bell
Michael has been a licensed trainer since 1989 and has trained over 1000 winners. His most famous victory to date was without doubt Motivator's triumph in the 2005 Epsom Derby. In 2009 there was double glory for Sariska, who won both the English and Irish Oaks, whilst Art Connoisseur won Europe’s most prestigious sprint race, the group one Golden Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Michael has trained many other notable winners and 80 black type winners, amassing over £17 million worth of prize money in the process.
2011 promises to be an exciting season with a strong team of older horses, headed by Wigmore Hall. He will also be training another, as of yet, unnamed and unraced colt for the Timeform Betfair Racing Club, which promises to give the Club much excitement in the coming months.
