Can So You Think be beaten?
Cox Plate

So You Think has not put a foot wrong this campaign.
Brad Thompson thinks Wall Street might give punters a little ray of sunshine with some value.
(Each way, of course!)
So You Think has not put a foot wrong this campaign.
Even when he jumped awkwardly and over-raced in the Underwood Stakes, he gave his rivals no chance.
When you glance through So You Think's past two runs, he has beaten Alcopop and Dariana.
A highly dubious form-line, but he ran a time that suggests he is going along nicely for back-to-back Cox plate triumphs.
Lets face it, he looks close to unbeatable.
But there are no certainties in racing, and an upset wouldn't totally surprise me.
New Zealand's Wall Street, for Palmerston North trainer Jeff Lynds, has built an impressive record.
With 10 wins from 17 starts, and three group one's to his name, the son of Montjeu is a sneaky chance.
However, things are against the six-year-old.
Wall Street will be trying to become the first Kiwi-trained horse to win the weight-for-age championship of Australasia since Sunline 10 years ago. But, after winning the Thorndon Mile in January and the Windsor Park Stakes in September, both over 1600m, he won the Spring Classic Stakes (2040m) at his first start over the Cox Plate trip at Hastings on October 2.
In that event, Ginga Dude was runner-up, and was a subsequent impressive winner of the Group Three David Jones Cup (2000m) at Caulfield last Saturday.
It's an encouraging form-line for Wall Street after Ginga Dude devastated his rivals.
Princess Coup was the last serious runner to content the Cox Plate when she was stuck well back on the fence in a slowly run race behind Maldivian in 2008.
Wall Street is a $20 chance with Betfair.
