Royal Ascot Betting Day Two: This multiple must be good - the biggest boys in betting have made the same selections!

Good grief! They thought it could never happen but it has ... the warring twosome have gone for the same trio of horses in Wednesday's massive multiple. Fancy a piece of the action? Read on...

John McCririck says: "If I can't beat that failed bookie Gary Wiltshire in this tipping challenge, it will be a sad state of affairs. He is the world's worst tipster. He has only six dogs to choose from on every Sky race and rumour has it that he still hasn't tipped a winner in 13 years on the station.

I, of course, am a betting legend, and expect to prove it again today..."

3.05

Lush Lashes is [2.64] on Betfair to win the Group 2 Windsor Forest Stakes, and I think that is a tempting price. She is a Group 1 filly so she is better class than these and will love the ground too - she doesn't want it too soft. so let's hope the rains stay away.

3.45

Tartan Bearer is the [2.9] favourite on Betfair but I reckon he could prove vulnerable over this trip, even though I have it on very good authority that Sir Michael Stoute rates him his best chance all weelk. The one I like is Vision d'Etat, in terrific form in France, improving and a very fair [4.4] on Betfair.

5.30

If Moneycantbuymelove wins the last as expected, ATR viewers will be treated to a sing song from me - and I may even have the funds for the evening to go and find out if the saying ISN'T true. A winner last time, he looks very well-handicapped to me.

Lay of the Day

4.20

Forgotten Voice
is trading at [5.1] on Betfair for the Royal Hunt Cup and that is simply a crazy price. I know everyone is saying this is an unbeaten, Group horse in a handicap but this is a 30-runner race, he has only raced on the all-weather and I think the number one draw could be more of a hindrance than a help. He has to be laid, surely?

Gary Wiltshire says: ""It's always good to take on a failed bookie in a tipping challenge. I hear Big Mac says I am too, but I remember him when he was a poor tic tac man at Walthamstow and I seem to remember lasting 10 years longer than him as a layer in the ring.

"Unbelievably though, we have both tipped the same three horses today - so if they win the local eateries will be celebrating as us Fat Boys will be going on a resturant crawl!

"And then it will be off to weightwatchers tomorrow morning in Bracknell."

There is no point in re-iterating what Mac says but Lush Lashes is indeed a class apart in the 3.05 and value at [2.64] on Betfair.

In the 3.45, I want to be against Tartan Bearer at [2.9] and Vision d'Etat is my idea of the winner, while I love the way Moneycantbuymelove won last time and looks a very fair bet at around 11-2 in the Getting Out Stakes.

Lay of the Day

Punters love combinations that they recognise and although they may be in the future Dascombe and Kingscote are not a Hannon and Hughes just yet.

So iI reckon punters will be out to lay Don't Tell Mary in the Queen Mary at [4.7], and I don't blame them - I think it will drift on Betfair.

It is up against many unbeaten fillies, and plenty more unexposed besides, and I can see it being much bigger, so it's a lay at under 4-1.
