Big Brother Betting: "Mole hunter" exits BB house

An explosive week in the Big Brother House will have shaken the confidence of Big Brother betting punters, leaving few convinced their picks will go the distance and take out the $250,000 prize.

This week, very few housemates survived Rima's faux mole mission unscathed.
Rima, who returned to the house on Sunday night to convince housemates that there was a mole among them, slipped away without a goodbye on Wednesday after housemates cast their votes for the non-existent mole.

Brigitte copped the majority of votes, with only Gold Coast surfer Cherry and Brigitte herself casting their votes elsewhere - for 25-year-old vet Alice.

Rima slipped out of the house during the aftermath, returning only via plasma to let the housemates know that they'd been tricked - there was no mole.

The housemates exploded into a mess of teary eyes, expletives and, in Bianca's case, violent outbursts at the expense of the Big Brother clothes line.

Fiery Bianca is in the firing line alongside Rory, Terri and Travis this week, after Head of House Cherry used his Friday night games eviction powers to save Alice from nomination, dropping Betfair favourites Travis, available to back at $3.35, and Terri, paying $5.10, into the mix.

Bianca's melodramatic reaction to Rima's mole mission may have giving the voting public ample reason to send her packing.

The 18-year-old has polarised both housemates and TV audiences since the beginning with her intense personality and strong convictions. Interest in her tepid relationship with law student Ben may be enough to keep her in the game, though it seems to be going nowhere fast and, as evicted yummy mummy Rhianna can attest to, even a hot and heavy relationship in the Big Brother house isn't enough to guarantee a free pass through eviction night.

Serial nominee Rory has found himself up for eviction again after receiving votes from more than half the housemates.

Terri and Cherry voted strategically, directing points to the burly bricklayer as the biggest threat in the competition.

Brigitte pinpointed Rory's improved attitude to her following Nobbi's eviction as "fake", Alice said she didn't feel comfortable being herself around him and Travis sent one point Rory's way for shutting down his opinions.

The eviction of either NSW Nana Terri or 'possumistic' Travis seems unlikely, but unlikely evictions have come thick and fast this season.

With only two weeks left in the competition and eight housemates remaining, evictions should start to become more unpredictable.

A snap mid-week eviction is scheduled for Wednesday, just moments before Baywatch bombshell Pamela Anderson enters the house.
