Yummy mummy Rhianna found out her steamy relationship with Rory wasn't enough to save her from eviction on Sunday, writes James Heffield.

Rhianna, who was up for eviction against Cherry, Terrence and Alice, received 37.7% of the TV audience votes to send her hurtling from the Big Brother house.

After directing her nomination points to Brigitte and Terrence, Rhianna received two points from Nobbi and one each from Terrence and Cherry, enough to see her and Gold Coast surfer Cherry fall into the bottom four after Nobbi used his Friday night games power to save himself from eviction.

Resident lothario Rory will be hardest hit by the bubbly 25-year-old's departure. After moving his affections from Rebecca, to Renee, to Bianca, the 22-year-old bricklayer seemed to be smitten with Rhianna from the moment she entered the house.

The loved-up twosome spent their nights spooning and days joint at the hip, to the dismay of the Big Brother boys club, Nobbi, Ben and Cherry, who labelled Rhianna "nothing special".

Rhianna's eviction sends her home to her daughter Mia and her beloved hair straightener. The lack of a hair straightener in the Big Brother house caused friction between her and Nobbi last week when he chose to purchase chocolates, rather than a hair straightener, from the Big Brother vending machine.

Rhianna also clashed with Cherry after he called her fake and said he hated her. No-one was surprised when Rhianna lobbed her hand grenade at Cherry, making him the Big Brother housekeeper responsible for cleaning the house's kitchen and toilets.

After showing Rhianna the door, it seems some housemates are trying to get clever with their voting.

Cherry and Brigitte received strikes from Big Brother after discussing nomination tactics to see kombi king Nobbi evicted. Cherry and Paris Hilton wannabe Brigitte were plotting to see Nobbi receive the fourth highest number of nomination points to ensure he falls into the eviction zone if he again saves someone from the eviction line-up using Friday night games powers.

Big Brother also revealed that this year's prize, $250,000, has been right under the housemates' noses since day one, hidden somewhere in the house.

The housemates spent Sunday night excavating a dig site in the backyard to find clues as to the whereabouts of the cash and, in the early hours of the morning, ripped open the diary room chair to find ten bundles of $25,000.
