Perth...started off with three straight wins, but have now begun to slide after two consecutive defeats.
Andy Morris can't see Sydney FC fearing the trip to Perth to take on the Glory, particularly after what happened last year.
The Sky Blues won all three clashes against Perth last season, including a 2-0 win at this stadium in January in hot and humid conditions that should have been well suited to the Glory.
Sydney now have eight wins in their all-time series against Perth, and if Nicky Carle plays as well as he did in January, the home-side will be in for a rough 90 minutes. Carle scored one and made the other for Bruno Cazarine.
Perth are looking a shadow of their early season form. They started off with three straight wins, but have now begun to slide after two consecutive defeats.
Even if Sydney do fall behind, they have the kind of team spirit that suggests they should not be written off. In their last three games against Adelaide, Heart and Gold Coast, they have fallen behind but have been good enough to win two of those matches and draw the other against the Melbourne side.
Glory have lost right-back Scott Neville possibly for the rest of the season with a tear to the lateral ligament in his right knee.
In opposition, the Sky Blues will miss Brett Emerton this weekend because he is representing his country.
Perth are 2.5 in match odds betting, while Sydney are 3.1.
