Serena is serving down thunderbolts and hitting missiles from the back of the court, keeping her unforced error count down.

It's looking to Peter Marcato like a straight-sets win and gold for Serena Williams in the 2012 Olympics Women's Tennis Final.

4-Serena Williams (USA) V 3-Maria Sharapova (RUS)

It's hard to tip against Serena Williams at the moment. I thought she'd have a tougher match against Azarenka but swept her aside this morning. Serena is in some of the best form of her career, the Wimbledon title doing wonders for her game.

Sharapova knows what it takes to win on centre court, but even she'd be worried about what to expect in the final. Serena is serving down thunderbolts and hitting missiles from the back of the court, keeping her unforced error count down. The only way I can see the Russian winning the match is if Serena drops her level, but I can't see that happening and I think Serena will win in straight sets.

Perhaps look at the market for a tiebreak for a bit of value.

Bronze Medal Game

1-Victoria Azarenka (BLR) V 14-Maria Kirilenko (RUS)

Azarenka will be desperate to make up for the semi-final loss to Serena Williams and stand on the podium in London.

Standing in her way is Kirilenko, who has surprised many by getting to this stage. It should be a good match but I think Azarenka will have too much firepower from the back for the court for Kirilenko but she can be error prone at times, letting her opponents into the match.

I don't think it will happen here with the top seed to grab the bronze.
