...look for another hard-working athlete type to win this week.

With just a week between the Deutsche Bank and BMW Championship, Mark Allen will be looking to the fittest players as most likely to shine.

After a week's break the PGA Tour's Championships heads to the famous Cog Hill CC where the big boys play for more Fed Ex Cup points in the chase for the US$10,000,000 in bonus cash - that's right, seven zeros...

Every year we've played the Fed Ex Cup in the current format only super-fit characters have won here. (Dustin Johnson 2010, Tiger Woods 2009, Camilo Villegas 2008 & Tiger again in 2007)

So look for another hard-working athlete type to win this week.

Because of this, I'm going with Jason Day this week. He's swinging magnificently and with any luck on the greens in Illinois, he will blow them away.

Phil Mickelson is no athlete but will be hard to stop if he gets off to a quick start. A 63 and 69 in the last two rounds at TPC Boston last week means he's quickly got the hang of the belly putter he's using.

Perhaps get on Phil early for the hot start and lay off on the weekend when fatigue hits him.

Now's not the time to jump off Rickie Fowler. A 77 in the final round last week will mean nothing to the youngster as he's desperate for a win to get an automatic spot in the Presidents Cup.

So, after a small taste of being in the hunt last week, stay on Fowler.
