Golden Duck to fly to a win

Based on her 1.50 length victory over Senor Zorro on October 9, there’s every reason to think Golden Duck can score for the sixth time in 15 starts over the track/distance.

Golden Duck is back in familiar surroundings at Albion Park on late Wednesday afternoon, and Andy Morris sees her as a good chance as she seeks a third victory in five starts.

She's an experienced campaigner now, with 47 starts behind her, and trainer Michael Brauer likes the way she goes over the 395m trip here.

She was only fourth, well beaten by Alota The Best, less than two weeks ago but that shouldn't put punters off. At her best, she should be capable of winning going away.

I'm All Show, owned and trained by Paul Graham, is another who loves this trip.

She's won four times in nine starts over 395m here, with the latest coming last week when she held off Southern Style by 1.75l.

It won't be much of a surprise if Robeson finishes second in this race. He's been runner-up four times in succession, and looks overdue a win.

His last two races have seen him edged out by a combined one length, by Bit Bonkers in September then Mr Prizz here last week.

If he does break that unlucky streak, it would be his fifth win in 19 starts over the track/distance.
