These two have split the last eight, but the Storm have won two of the last three at Brookvale Oval and are a better team.
Nick Tedeschi is expecting a couple of obvious wins and maybe an upset in this weekend's round of the NRL.
MELBOURNE (v Manly)
2.5 units at match odds of $1.75 or better
This is going to be a monster clash as two of the big dogs of the NRL square off at Brookvale Oval on the eve of the semi-finals in a match that will have a major bearing on the minor premiership.
These two have split the last eight, but the Storm have won two of the last three at Brookvale Oval and are a better team.
The Eagles again looked flat and disinterested at times against Canterbury, while the Storm were ferocious, if not a little disjointed, in attack against a much-improved Dragons team. A possible return by Cooper Cronk will amend any attacking concerns.
Melbourne will be tough to roll, even on the road, and should be favourites.
Bet them hard.

NEW ZEALAND (v St George-Illawarra)
2 units at match odds of $2.10 or better
The Warriors have been the go-to betting team of late, and as an outsider against a team that has claimed only five premiership points since round 13, are a big play.
The Warriors have won only four of 17 and last beat the Dragons in Australia in 2003, but they have won six of their last seven with their only loss a one-point defeat at the hands of the high-flying Broncos.
Halfback Shaun Johnson is a rare talent and five-eighth James Maloney is arguably the best No.6 in the game at present.
The price available on the Warriors is absurd.

BRISBANE (v South Sydney)
2 units at match odds of $1.45 or better
The last time these two met, South Sydney collected the cash 16-12 in torrential rain in Perth.
South Sydney are the hot team in the league at present and require a win here to keep their finals dreams alive. They are going to need a handy dose of luck against the Broncos though.
Brisbane are a far superior team and have lost only three times to Souths since 1989, and only once at Lang Park. The Broncos are playing a good brand of football and Souths should really have lost last Friday.
The Broncos look set to get the Bunnies on the fringes, so load up on them.
